  • Casual Role-- Available across the 5-day week (between Monday to Friday)
  • Earn up to $43+ per hour, plus Superannuation
  • 10hrs+ per week- Before School Care and After School Care and operational Vacation Care periods

About the role:-

  • A reliable motor vehicle to drive to and from the work site.
  • Have fun and support the delivery of a rewarding and engaging program that guides children to explore, ignite their curiosity, learn, and play at our OSHC.
  • Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
  • Support the program planning, preparation, and service delivery to the company and regulatory standards and policies.
  • Ability to document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.
  • Support and delivery of industry standard requirements (NQF, Child Care Regulations) and with knowledge of the sector.
  • Provide and support a caring environment that is safe, clean, and nurturing for families and the school community.
  • Ability to create respectful relationships with children, families and the school community.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to use and navigate technology (emails, software, work, printer, tablet, Apps).

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is preferred.
  • Working towards an approved Diploma Level qualification or has completed a minimum Diploma level qualification in either the Early Years, School Aged, Education, Education Support or Allied Health sector.
  • Hold a First Aid level 4 certificate or be willing to complete.
  • Willing or has completed the Government Child Safe Training prior to employment commencement.
  • Hold a Working With Children Check (P-Status)
