
Renewals Specialist

Westcon-Comstor are looking for an enthusiastic and highly personable Renewals Specialist to join our tight knit renewals team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing quote requests for service and support renewals for our vendors, as well as opportunity management, customer negotiation and sales closure against a renewals target as well as forecasting.
Some responsibilities include:
- Generate and provide customer quotes, record & manage quote information
- Follow up & close on open quotes
- Accomplishes administrative tasks to support team and business objectives
- Consults with appropriate internal resources for guidance and support in serving customers
- Ensures forecasts/pipeline are updated in a timely and accurate manner
- Consults with customers in selling and supporting Westcon products and services
- Escalates complex requests and contributes in resolving all discrepancies
- Provides excellent customer service by responding to requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Drives personal productivity, utilization and development

Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding & delivering the "Best in Class" Customer Service at all times
- Proficiency to use standard software: MS Office Applications & Database software
- Calculate and maintain minimum profitability requirements on a transaction level
- Understanding of foreign currency and conversion of values between different currencies
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
