This thriving, forward-thinking insurance repair builder, is seeking a Project Manager & Assessor to join their NSW division in a Sydney Northern Beaches based position.

We are specifically looking for an individual living in Sydney Northern Beaches or Sydney CBD.

This insurance repair builder are a well-structured business, with a large network of trades in the area, a strong administrative support team, and modernised systems and procedures in place.

They currently operate under multiple insurance panels, across 5 states.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of a high performing Sydney Metro team.

You will be assessing/estimating and project managing a variety of insurance repair building projects in Sydney Northern Beaches. These can range from BAU to Major Loss.

Your local office would be Sydney CBD, however you would have flexibility to work on the road/remote. You will have ample support from our local office team of Project Coordinators.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Starting salary $110,000 - $135,000 + super + vehicle, flexible dependent on experience. There will also be performance based salary reviews conducted regularly.

ABOUT YOU

  • We are specifically looking for an individual living in Sydney Northern Beaches or Sydney CBD.
  • Experience working with an insurance repair builder preferred, in a project managing, supervising, estimating or assessing context/ Otherwise strong experience with these tasks in another industry is
  • Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous.
  • Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
  • Current drivers license.
  • Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
