Are you a Customer Service Superstar looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive on interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone? Launic Motor Group is looking for passionate Customer Service staff to join our Service Department at South Yarra Volkswagen.

No automotive technical knowledge required. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. The required level of basic knowledge will be provided through training.

Remuneration will be a combination of a competitive fixed base salary and uncapped commissions.

Regular work days Monday to Friday.

From greeting vehicle owners on the driveway, explaining the repair process and updating our customers throughout the day, the role is centred around providing an exceptional customer service experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Having outstanding interactions with customers; face-to-face, phone, email and SMS.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
  • Advising customers of workshop recommendations.
  • Obtaining and noting customer and vehicle information into relevant systems.
  • Clearly reporting all vehicle concerns as described by the customer.
  • Promptly answer customer phone calls, email, SMS and online enquiries.
  • Create appointments for customers.
  • Verifying that all required paperwork is correct.
  • Ensure compliance with Group and stakeholder policies and procedures.
