We are seeking a capable and motivated Finance & Office Assistant to support our team. While titled as an "Assistant," this role is hands-on, dynamic, and comes with scope for growth into higher responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day finance functions.
  • Supporting cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and insurers.
  • Preparing business reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Driving process improvements to strengthen efficiency and accuracy.

  • Experience in finance, accounts, or office administration.
  • Confident across end-to-end finance functions (payables, receivables, reporting, payroll support).
