As a passionate, family-run business, we're seeking a motivated Retail Support Executive to join our growing team and help us continue to raise the bar in our industry.

About the Role

This hands-on role supports both our retail and wholesale operations. You'll play a key part in maintaining high merchandising standards, building and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless operational support across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support retail partners and wholesale clients with merchandising, stock presentation, and sales development.
  • Travel across the state as needed to support stores and customers (occasional overnight stays required).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across retail and catering sectors.
  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand presentation.

Must Have

  • Proven retail experience in the fresh fruit & vegetable industry.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in the fresh fruit & vegetable industry.
  • High standard of merchandising skills and a record of sales success.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state (including overnight).
  • Current Australian driver's licence is essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A personable, team-focused approach suited to a professional family-run business.
  • Sales and relationship-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility with roster movements and operational needs.
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships within the catering supply sector.
  • Solid IT skills.
