About the Role
This hands-on role supports both our retail and wholesale operations. You'll play a key part in maintaining high merchandising standards, building and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless operational support across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support retail partners and wholesale clients with merchandising, stock presentation, and sales development.
- Travel across the state as needed to support stores and customers (occasional overnight stays required).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across retail and catering sectors.
- Identify challenges and implement effective solutions quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure operational excellence and consistent brand presentation.
Must Have
- Proven retail experience in the fresh fruit & vegetable industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in the fresh fruit & vegetable industry.
- High standard of merchandising skills and a record of sales success.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state (including overnight).
- Current Australian driver's licence is essential for this role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A personable, team-focused approach suited to a professional family-run business.
- Sales and relationship-driven mindset.
- Flexibility with roster movements and operational needs.
- Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Preferred
- Existing relationships within the catering supply sector.
- Solid IT skills.
