About You:

As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets.

You're:

  • A sales gun with a proven track record of kicking retail KPI goals.
  • From a retail background, bringing the energy and hustle.
  • A natural people-person, committed to customer-first, campsite-ready service.
  • A team player who thrives in a camp-smart, work-smart culture.
  • Keen to learn our massive product range and get behind the tools (POS & otherwise).
  • 12v savvy? That's a big bonus (but not a deal-breaker)
  • For Full Time roles: Able to commit to a set roster
  • For Casual roles: Available throughout the week especially on weekends

The Role

As a Sales Rep, you'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing crew bringing the adventure-driven culture to life in-store. From showroom to swag, you'll help us gear up customers and build loyal communities of adventurers.

Your Mission:

  • Welcome every customer like a fellow camper, tune into their next trip, and match them with the gear that gets them outdoors faster
  • Hit sales goals and support your team in smashing daily and weekly targets.
  • Keep the store looking mint – clean, stocked, and ready for action.
  • Embrace the vibe – support your team, bring the good vibes, and live the lifestyle you sell.
  • Own the POS and stay on top of essential store ops.
