As an HR Business Partner, you will support a key division of the business-partnering with senior leaders to drive HR strategy and engagement across a fast-paced, unionised workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver end-to-end generalist HR support across performance, engagement, and compliance

  • Guide managers through EA interpretation, employee relations, and organisational change

  • Drive cultural initiatives and influence business leaders to embed best practice HR solutions

  • Leverage people data to identify trends and deliver continuous improvement initiatives

With a strong internal promotion track record, this role is available due to the previous incumbent stepping up within the business.

You are a proactive HR Business Partner who thrives in operational, blue-collar environments. You enjoy being close to the business and building genuine relationships to deliver meaningful HR outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in large, unionised or EA-covered environments

  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex workplace matters

  • Only candidates with experience in blue collar workforces will be considered
