Disability Support Worker | North Brisbane

LEDA Support Services provides high-quality, person-centred support to people with disabilities across North Brisbane. As we continue to expand our services, we are looking to grow our team to support more clients.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support clients to engage in social, community, and recreational activities.
  • Follow individual support plans to ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health or behaviour.

Who We're Looking For

  • Reliable, patient, and caring individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in disability support, or a Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent qualification).
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (use of personal car required – kilometres reimbursed).
  • Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Disability Worker Screening Card/Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
