XXXX Bodyshop is looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team.

XXXX Bodyshop is owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.

Responsibilities Include.

  • Maintaining communication between the customer and the insurance company and educating customers on the repair process.
  • Ensuring the relevant computer systems are kept updated across all stages of the repair.
  • Ensuring estimates are written to Company Damage Analysis Standards.
  • Negotiating repair costs with the Insurance Assessors.
  • Monitoring repairs and communicating the status to customers in a timely manner.
  • Upselling non accident damage when discovered during Vehicle check in.

Skills Required to be successful;

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be very customer focused with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Windows and other operating systems.
  • The ability to negotiate with both the customer and insurance company in a professional manner.
