About the position

As the Process and Automation Lead, you will be at the heart of this transformation, partnering with senior leaders to streamline workflows, deliver smarter systems, and unlock measurable productivity gains. This role is about more than just efficiency: it's about building the future of work at Qualitas.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of automation opportunities, prioritised for business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, vendor/engineer coordination, testing, deployment, and BAU handover.
  • Redesign processes with business teams to eliminate inefficiencies, embed controls, and enable reliable data capture.
  • Drive change management: create comms plans, training, adoption metrics, and post-go-live support.
  • Establish governance for automation and AI use, covering security, privacy, quality, and risk.
  • Manage internal and external partners, setting standards and delivery cadence.
  • Define and track benefits such as time saved, error rates, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
  • Uplift capability by running training programmes and maintaining a catalogue of automations and AI assets.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience delivering technology-enabled change (automation, workflow redesign, AI systems).
  • Proven track record of end-to-end delivery ownership and measurable business impact.
  • Strong adoption and change management skills, including training and communications.
  • Hands-on experience with low/no-code automation, APIs/webhooks, Python/SQL, and dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage technical, business and executive stakeholders
  • Strong governance mindset (version control, testing, CI/CD, incident response.
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2/PMP, Agile, Prosci/ADKAR, and cloud/vendor platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Azure/AWS/GCP).
