Barista – Casual | 80/20 Café Gungahlin

We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at 80/20 Café Gungahlin on a casual basis.

If you've worked in a busy café for at least 1 year, love making great coffee, and enjoy helping out wherever needed, we'd love to have you on board.

About the Role

  • Casual role with regular shifts (weekend availability is essential)
  • Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard
  • Assisting with general café duties (cleaning, dishwashing, food prep)
  • Supporting the team with customer service (taking orders, running food)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and a passion for great service
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A friendly team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be available on weekends
