The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Café Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations. If you're passionate about coffee, customer service, and team leadership — and you're ready for a role with structure, autonomy, and career progression — we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day café operations with a hands-on approach
  • Manage and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Create and manage weekly staff rosters
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and presentation standards
  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and rotation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
  • Handle daily cash reconciliations and ensure security procedures are followed
  • Train and onboard new staff members
  • Communicate effectively with the owner and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in a café or hospitality management role
  • Strong barista skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation
  • Strong customer service ethos and positive attitude
  • Must have work rights in Australia
