Are you passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences, crafting exceptional drinks, and leading a team to success? The Irvine by Florey is on the hunt for a dynamic and hands-on Manager to join our vibrant, community-focused café and cocktail bar

We're more than just great coffee – we're a welcoming local spot with a buzzing atmosphere, open three nights a week until 9 PM. Whether it's pouring the perfect flat white or shaking up a killer cocktail, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and keeping our customers coming back for more.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Cocktail & Drink Special Creation – Get creative and take ownership of our beverage offerings, from signature cocktails to seasonal drink specials.
• Team Leadership – Motivate and manage a passionate, high-performing team.
• Staff Training – Share your knowledge and help team members grow.
• Roster Writing – Build efficient schedules to keep service smooth and well-staffed.
• Stock Management – Keep inventory in check and ensure we're always well-stocked.
• Customer Experience – Deliver warm, attentive service and build strong community relationships.
• Cash Handling – Manage end-of-day cash-ups with accuracy and accountability.
• Budgeting – Support financial goals while maintaining top-quality service.
• Social Media Engagement – Use your creative flair to highlight what makes The Irvine unique.
• POS Management – Confidently navigate our systems to keep things moving fast.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong barista and/or cocktail-making experience
• Proven leadership in a high-paced hospitality environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings (we are open 3 nights a week, until 9 PM)
• A passion for community, hospitality, and quality

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
