Senior Property Manager

The Role

Dependant on experience we are offering an individual an opportunity to join our progressive team as a Senior Property Manager, with Customer Service as top of mind, you will be working across a well kept portfolio and will have the opportunity to work with this progressive agency enjoying the support of an innovative and dynamic team.

About the Role:

Based in Atwell, we continue to maintain the #1  position for rentals in our core suburbs . We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is self-motivated and an unbelievable work ethic to help us maintain our exisitng portfolio.

Main Duties include Dependent on Experience:

• Repairs and Maintenance
• Oversee and Coordinate the leasing process
• Oversee scheduling and quality of Routine Inspections
• Client Care is priority
• Property Visits and Reporting.
• Property Tree experience advantageous
• Scheduling and coordinating Open Homes
• Oversee quality of ingoing and outgoing property reports
• Oversee and get involved in the final bond process

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate of Registration is essential

• Current drivers license 

• Confident in communications, both written and verbal

• Ability to embrace technology. Familiarity with property management applications.

• Must have significant expereince in property management
