Inspections & Leasing (Trainee or Experienced)

The Role:

Regal Gateway Property are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our dynamic Property Management Department.

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our property managers by conducting routine property inspections, completing entry and exit condition reports. In addition to inspections you will also assist in the leasing process to perform scheduled Home Opens.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in the property management industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation at all times
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

• A current and valid Australian driver's licence (Class C minimum, clean driving record preferred) - Company car provided for work use

• A Current Property Management Registration with Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) in Western Australia (no experience required)
  
  Main Duties include:

• Complete scheduled routine inpections

• Complete Ingoing property condition reports as required
• Complete scheduled Exit inspections and assist in the bond disposal process working with tenants and owners.
• Perform scheduled home opens.
• Be involved in the scheduling Routine Inspections
• Be involved in Scheduling Open Homes
• Assist when required in the Leasing process
• Work with experienced Property managers in a Team environment

Skills and Experience:

• Confident in communications, both written and verbal

• Ability to embrace technology.

• Excellent in problem solving and negotiation.
