Supply and Distribution Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate, execute, and monitor procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition and distribution of goods.
- Manage stock control systems to maintain necessary inventory levels at the lowest effective cost.
- Establish and nurture supplier and client relationships across Australia, Japan, China, the Philippines, and the US to support operational needs.
- Secure supplier agreements that align with organisational standards for quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.
- Implement and operate inventory and order tracking systems (e.g., SAP/ERP, WMS) to ensure accurate supply movement and timely replenishment.
- Ensure all purchasing, storage, and distribution practices comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Supervise team activities, monitor individual performance, and guide staff development to meet business objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply and Distribution Management (in progress or completed) is highly desirable. Or a relevant degree or Higher-level of qualifications in this specialisation will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations, including senior-level responsibilities (preferred).
- Proven success in managing international client relationships across diverse regions such as China, Australia, and the Philippines.
- Proficiency in supply chain systems such as SAP/ERP, WMS, ICS Logistics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills in **English**, both written and verbal. Fluency in **Filipino** is also an advantage.

Pay: $87,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year
