About the Role
We have an incredible opportunity for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen team. Our team of professional chefs create dishes focused on great produce, served in a clean and contemporary way.

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensuring highest quality in the preparation and presentation of menu items 

•    Maintaining kitchen cleanliness 

•    Liaising with senior chefs on duty 

•    Holding down a section during service

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

•    Certificate Ill in Commercial Cookery 

•    Completion of cookery apprenticeship 

•    Previous experience as a CDP, Demi Chef or similar position 

•    Sound culinary skills and knowledge 

•    Proficiency in all sections of the kitchen 

•    Flexibility and adaptability 

•    Attention to detail Positive attitude and excellent team player
