At Evolution Health Clinic, we are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

-Home visits for NDIS, aged care clientele

-Functional capacity assessments

-Assistive Technology Recommendations

-Home modifications assessments

-Occupational Therapy Intervention

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification in OT (e.g. Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy)

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
  • Experience working with children and adults with a disability is desirable.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
  • Valid AHPRA registration
