About the Role

JBS Pork Australia is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator – NSW Farms & Feedmill to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. Reporting to the HR Business Partner – Farms you will be responsible for the delivery and administration of relevant training across NSW Farms and Feedmill. This position will be based at our Corowa site in NSW.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage effective relationships with site Managers and Supervisors to develop, maintain and implement training initiatives and programs at their respective site.
  • Monitor employee training requirements against the position Training Plan and work to advance the employee's knowledge and skills (including for ESL and employees with learning difficulties).
  • Undertake various data entry requirements including updating training records of individuals.
  • Schedule internal and external training courses including venue bookings, attendance lists, food, external providers.
  • Liaise, communicate, and build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. RTOs).
  • Identify potential new leaders and research and/or arrange training which will develop their skills.
  • Support and coach site leaders to deliver effective on-the-job learning and development for employees.
  • Identify potential Trainees for Certificate II in Agriculture and Certificate III Pork Production and optimise enrolment timeframe for funding purposes.
  • Assist in creating and updating work instructions.
  • Provide site training reports, monitor, and rectify gaps, particularly for licences, first aiders and any compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated well developed leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of training and assessment processes.
  • High level communication skills, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • High level computer skills, including database management and administration.
  • Formal qualifications and/or significant experience in training and assessment.
  • A current drivers licence.
