Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead our team in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As our Retail Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store, inspiring your team and delighting customers every day. Your role will include:

  • Leading the team to deliver awesome customer experiences
  • Creating genuine impact in people's lives — we mean it
  • Merchandising, presentation, stock management & ordering
  • Driving team standards and setting the bar high
  • Running day-to-day operations smoothly and effectively
  • Building strong relationships with customers, brands, and the local community
