Now, we’re on the lookout for an **experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager** to lead our team in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.

**The Role: What You'll Be Doing**

As our Retail Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store, inspiring your team and delighting customers every day. Your role will include:

- Leading the team to deliver **awesome customer experiences**:

- Creating genuine impact in people’s lives — we mean it
- Merchandising, presentation, stock management & ordering
- Driving team standards and setting the bar high
- Running day-to-day operations smoothly and effectively
- Building strong relationships with customers, brands, and the local community
- Growing the customer base through **local area marketing** and brand outreach
- Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve (and exceed) their goals
- Fostering a culture that’s driven by care, connection and fun
