About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and handling bulk biological materials in a laboratory setting. Key duties include:

  • Preparing and cleaning equipment and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Harvest raw material from chickens for vaccine production.
  • Maintaining accurate records of materials processed and procedures followed.
  • Comply with all WHS, GMP and site procedures.

Skills & experience

  • High attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Laboratory techniques and microscopy experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Manufacturing experience desirable.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to cope with the physical demands of the role.
