OneSchool Global is seeking a NSW Compliance and Business Officer to join them on a permanent, full-time basis, commencing as soon as possible. This role ensures that operational and regulatory obligations are met across key areas, including WHS, risk and compliance, Finance, HR, IT, Transport, Insurance and WWCC compliance. You will be reporting to the NSW Compliance and Business Manager and supporting the delivery of effective governance and compliance practices across OSG NSW Schools. 

The NSW Compliance and Business Officer works closely with NSW school teams and central support to ensure regulatory obligations are met and documentation and reporting are maintained. The role contributes to embedding a culture of strong governance, supporting transparency, accountability, and alignment with organisational and state-level compliance expectations.

Skills and Experience

Essential:  

  • Demonstrated Risk and Compliance experience and skills highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in writing, interpreting, and presenting data.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks given time constraints.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Desirable: 

  • Experience in NSW schools
  • Experience in Database Management (e.g. Sentral, Donesafe)
  • WHS Certificate 4
  • Auditing Certification
