YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

As an Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our Advice teams and ensuring a seamless client experience. Here's what you'll do:

• Client Administration: Take ownership of client onboarding, document management, and data integrity to support the Advice teams.
• Communication: Answer calls with a friendly demeanour, assisting clients and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Research & Liaison: Collaborate with product providers and conduct thorough research to inform our financial strategies.
• Preparation & Reporting: Prepare documentation for meetings, including compiling report packs.
• Team Collaboration: Build relationships within the team and get involved with all aspects of the business

• Professional Experience: Previous experience in a professional setting, ideally in financial services.
• Further Education: Open to further education as required to support desired career pathway.
