About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Specialist to join our Ambulatory Care team, to drive sales of our high-quality products and develop strong relationships with Clinicians, Distributors and Key Opinion Leaders across Victoria.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Ambulatory Care, you will collaborate with clinicians, nursing staff and allied health to promote our Continence Care, Wound Management and Stoma Care portfolios. This will include identifying customer needs and opportunities, presenting product information, and using your sales experience to achieve revenue targets. In addition, you will work with our Marketing teams to ensure successful product training and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing B.Braun's Ambulatory segment footprint and sales across VIC
  • Increasing the network of clinicians using B.Braun products
  • Taking ownership of the territory to drive sales and growth
  • Achieving revenue targets across the product range
  • Understanding the clinical applications of products throughout the Ambulatory Care range, including the Continence Care, Ostomy and Wound Management portfolios
  • Providing training and education to Clinicians and end users
  • Developing relationships with local distributors, clinicians, nursing staff, allied health, KOLs, day surgeries and patients
  • Regularly updating Salesforce (CRM)
    Attend local, regional and national conferences

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

  • Several years sales experience in Wound Management, Ostomy or Continence Care
  • Proven track record in developing a territory to meet targets, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and contracts within the private and public hospital systems
  • Strong team orientation
  • Long term, relationship-based sales approach
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels
    Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
