- Arrange and deliver educational sessions for clinicians and support staff, ensuring full operating theatre team readiness.
- Implement and manage UroLift Proficiency Pathway and Barrigel Training Program.
- Lead structured post-procedure reviews with clinical teams to evaluate outcomes, identify best practices, and address challenges.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and trials.
- Support consultative sales calls and market development activities.
- Collaborate with clinicians to refine treatment algorithms and patient selection criteria.
- Collect and analyze International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) pre- and post-treatment data for outcomes tracking.

- Monitor procedure volumes and identify churn risk.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
Required skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related clinical discipline.
- Strong operating theatre experience, ideally in urology.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical education and hands-on training in surgical or interventional settings.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage confidently with surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and feedback, translating insights into strategies that improve adoption and patient outcomes.
- Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple training programs and site readiness activities.
- Influential and proactive mindset, able to motivate healthcare professionals and drive practice change in a dynamic environment.
