About the Role

As a Senior Manager at CI&T, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the successful delivery and growth of major engagements, working closely with innovative technologists and visionary account managers. Your expertise will guide our delivery teams by driving excellence at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management
    : Oversee the successful delivery of complex projects, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Client Engagement
    : Be the primary point of contact for clients, crafting strong relationships and translating needs into actionable delivery plans that deliver results
  • Collaboration
    : Partner with Solution Architects and account managers to align client objectives with the exceptional capabilities that CI&T offers
  • Quality Assurance
    : Lead QBRs, PMOs, and related activities to ensure all milestones are not only met but exceeded
  • Pre-Sales Activities
    : Dedicate approximately 25% of your time to securing new engagements through proposals, presentations, and client meetings
  • Team Leadership & Coaching
    : Mentor and inspire project management teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation

Required Experience & Expertise:

  • Web/Digital Projects
    : Extensive experience with large-scale web and digital projects is essential
  • Data Engagements
    : Extra points if you have tackled significant Data-related projects or end-to-end (web to data to cloud) engagements
  • AI Engagements
    : Advocate for AI technologies with demonstrated experience in integrating AI solutions within client engagements
  • Agile Development
    : Strong expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery seamlessly
  • Technology Background
    : A solid technology background for efficient communication on technical aspects of projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience
    : 10+ years in project delivery management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within consulting, technology, or a related industry
  • Skills
    : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Language Skills
    : Proficiency in English is a must
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field
  • Location
    : Must be based in Sydney and available to work from both CI&T and client offices at least 3-4 times a week
