The Role

As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you'll take the lead on complex projects and guide the team to deliver outstanding results. You'll:

  • Lead projects from proposals to reporting, across hazardous materials, contaminated land, or environmental monitoring.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level staff, helping them build skills and confidence.
  • Work closely with clients, providing clear advice and practical solutions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and tenders.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Spot new opportunities and play a role in growing Nova Pacific's client base.

What You Bring
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar.
  • 7+ years' consulting experience in contaminated land, hazardous materials, or environmental monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW and Australian standards and regulations.
  • Proven project management and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent report writing and critical review skills.
  • A full C Class Driver's Licence (manual).
  • Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) or Asbestos Awareness Training desirable.
