About the role
We're looking for a People Business Partner with strong generalist experience across core people functions. Whether you're looking to step into the partnering space or bring deep, well-rounded experience, we value your ability to collaborate across teams, navigate the full breadth of the people agenda, and contribute to meaningful, people-first outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of People (Partnering, ECP & F&P), we're looking for a committed and experienced HR generalist to deliver both strategic and operational HR support across our Elders entities.
As a seasoned HR Business Partner with a solid generalist background, you'll play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, you'll provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle - leveraging the expertise of our specialist teams in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Organisational Development.
Your remit will span a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance and reward, leadership coaching, employee engagement, and talent development. With a strong focus on fostering a culture grounded in values, safety, and high performance, you'll work closely with leaders to drive meaningful outcomes for both people and the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational HR support across Elders entities, aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle and partnering with specialist HR teams.
- Manage employee relations, performance, reward, and leadership coaching to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
- Collaborate closely with leaders to implement people strategies that promote values, safety, and business outcomes.
- Support workforce planning and navigate complex HR issues with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
