We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance / Handyman to join our team- Belmont and Harrisdale

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Proven experience as a Handyman
  • Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools and general repairs.
  • Ability to multi-task, work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on providing a high-quality service.
  • Hold an EWP , White Card & working at Heights would be an advantage
  • Must have Valid Driver's License

The Role :

  • 4 days a week
  • Belmont - Mon 6.00am – 2.30pm , Tues 6.00am – 11.00am , Sun 10.00am - 4.00pm
  • Harrisdale - Wed 6.00am am
  • Ensure site is kept maintained by continuously monitoring and rectifying any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
  • Perform general and preventive maintenance of facilities, handling of basic repairs such as doors , doorknobs , locks etc
  • Participates in high pressure cleaning, window cleaning and other cleaning as directed by Supervisor / client
  • Roof and gutters cleaning / working at heights
  • Participates in maintenance, and repair of the building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment
  • Conduct car park maintenance task such as painting, bollards, removal of general waste, repair trolley corals.
  • · Continually monitor external areas for cleanliness and identify potential hazard or risk to public safety
  • Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently to ensure seamless operations and work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
