We are currently recruiting for **Maintenance / Handman**: - Belmont to join our Team. **The role**: - Ensure site is kept maintained by continuously monitoring and rectifying any maintenance or cosmetic issues. - Perform general and preventive maintenance of facilities, handling of basic repairs. - Participates in the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment. - Conduct car park maintenance task such as painting bollards, removal of general waste, repair trolley corals. - Continually monitor external areas for cleanliness and safety **Skills & experience** - Previous experience in handyman duties, basic hand tool and electric tool operational skills - Professional and courteous, high customer service focus - Current Drivers Licence - Good verbal and written communication skills - Safety conscious with high attention to detail - Hold a EWP< White Card & working at Heights would be an advantage. **The Benefits** Training will be provided Work for a reputable well-known Perth based company 4 weeks paid annual leave, 10 days personal leave and 10.5% super **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: $29.56 - $59.12 per hour **Benefits**: - Referral program Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates **Experience**: - general maintenance / handyman: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (preferred) - Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (preferred)
