Handyman – Part-Time (4 Days a Week) - Belmont and Harrisdale

  • Part-time: 4 days per week
  • Belmont: Monday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Tuesday 6:00am – 11:00am, Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Harrisdale: Wednesday 6:00am – 10:00am

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
  • Good knowledge of general maintenance and repairs with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make quick, sound decisions
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on delivering high-quality service
  • EWP, White Card, and Working at Heights tickets are a bonus
  • A valid driver's license is essential

About the Role:

  • Maintain the site by identifying and fixing maintenance or cosmetic issues
  • Perform basic repairs (e.g. doors, locks, doorknobs) and general maintenance
  • Carry out high-pressure cleaning, window cleaning, and other tasks as required
  • Clean roofs and gutters (Working at Heights)
  • Support general upkeep of the building, surrounding grounds, and equipment
  • Maintain car parks: painting, fixing bollards, cleaning up waste
  • Regularly inspect outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety hazards
  • Work proactively with minimal supervision, solving issues before they become problems
  • Always follow safety procedures and site regulations
  • Training will be provided
  • Work for a reputable well-known Perth based company
  • paid annual leave, personal leave and 12% super
