Role Type:Full Time Fixed Term until 30 January 2026

Remuneration: $ 86,224.32 inclusive of 12% super

About The Role:

As an Education Operations Officer, you will be a primary point of contact for students and educators, significantly enhancing the student experience. This service focused role demands excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will support student enrolment processes and assist education delivery centres by ensuring a seamless student journey throughout their course, responding to related enquiries.

You will work closely with internal teams, such as Enquiries and Admissions, Education Delivery Centres, and Student Records, to provide a smooth experience for students. This on-site role requires you to deliver multi-channel assistance and on occasion, across various campus locations.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with data, systems and internal teams.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in operational environments with experience in student information management, CRM and telephony systems
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining confidential student/customer records and associated correspondence
  • Experience in an educational environment (desirable)
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks flexibly and efficiently
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with students and staff
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail in data management and documentation
