About the role

As a Courier Driver for Time Express Courier, you will play a vital role in the transportation and delivery of packages and goods from business to business across the Brisbane metropolitan area. This is a full-time position. IMMEDIATE START.

What you'll be doing

  1. Picking up and delivering packages and parcels to businesses in a safe, timely and efficient manner
  2. Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries, including obtaining signatures
  3. Ensuring the secure transportation of all goods in your care
  4. Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients as needed
  5. Performing routine vehicle inspections to keep your delivery vehicle in top condition
  6. Working collaboratively with the broader logistics team to meet daily delivery targets

What we're looking for

  1. A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record - no major traffic offences including DUI/drink driving, dangerous driving, license suspension, or any similar serious violation
  2. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
  4. Physical fitness and stamina to lift and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight.
  5. Ability to safely lift packages up to 30kg

  6. Familiarity with the Brisbane metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs

  7. Basic computer skills - able to use an iPad

  8. Able to read, write and speak fluent English
