We are seeking experienced All-Round Heavy Mobile Plant Operators to join our Project Delivery team on existing and new projects in QLD/NSW.

About The Role: Operating on a flexible 14/7 Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) roster, we offer competitive remuneration, with accommodation and meals provided. The role, which includes future DIDO/FIFO opportunities, provides the unique chance to explore rural and remote Australia.

Duties include:

  • Operating heavy mobile plant (GPS experience highly regarded) in a safe and effective manner.
  • Preparation, positioning and general care & maintenance of plant for operation.
  • Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrating commitment to environmental policies and procedures.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Current RII ticket or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, drainage, bulk earthworks, cut to fill, and agriculture is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry practices, civil engineering principles, and relevant legislation/standards is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with DIDO/FIFO rosters and flexibility to work on various project sites across Australia.
  • Strong communication skills
