The Role: Fleet Controller

As a Fleet Controller at Sadleirs Logistics you will use your problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders and proactively improve overall business results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and optimise fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external parties
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety and performance standards
  • Take ownership of your work, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving results

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated experience in logistical planning, fleet control
  • Advantageous to have a thorough understanding of Perth's transport network
  • Confident in understanding of OH&S and demonstrate this to the team
  • Training and qualifications in Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods
  • First Aid is desirable
  • A team-focused, can-do attitude
  • The right to live and work in Australia
