Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking a talented and driven Retail Centre Manager to join the Subaru Melbourne City team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this pivotal role, you will lead, coach, and inspire our Customer Experience team to deliver outstanding customer journeys while achieving sales growth and P&L targets. You'll oversee the entire customer experience, ensure seamless site operations, and uphold Subaru's reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing
  • Driving sales performance and achieving key business metrics through effective team leadership.
  • Overseeing the entire customer journey, ensuring flexible and seamless vehicle delivery.
  • Leading Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance, compliance, and finance support.
  • Managing safe, compliant, and efficient site operations in line with HSE and OEM standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience in a senior sales management rolewithin the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage at all levels.
  • A collaborative leader who can also work autonomously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work Saturdays.
