About the role

As our Full-time or Part-Time Pharmacist, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy team – helping us deliver outstanding healthcare and a great experience to the Redcliffe and surrounding community. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Looking after our patients with friendly, professional advice and counselling.
  • Building genuine connections with customers and becoming a well-known & trusted face in the community.
  • Dispensing medications with care and accuracy, ensuring safe dispensing.
  • Supporting and guiding our team, bringing out the best in those around you.
  • Keeping our shelves appropriately stocked and organised, so the pharmacy runs smoothly every day.
  • Checking dose administration aids to make sure patients get the right care at the right time.
  • Administering vaccinations, helping protect the health of our community.

What we're looking for

  • Current pharmacist registration (AHPRA)
  • A positive, friendly and approachable personality with a strong work ethic is really important to us
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively work with team members & patients
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities is highly essential
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to enhancing pharmacy services and operations
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems

Bonus points (Not Essential)

  • Experience in medicinal cannabis dispensing
  • Vaccination certification (or open to complete)
  • Compounding experience or knowledge (optional but highly regarded)
