About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about aged care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense and review medications for aged care residents
  • Liaise with aged care facility staff and GPs
  • Ensure compliance with aged care and pharmacy regulations
  • Provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of relevant pharmacy industry legislation and regulations
  • Strong commitment to Customer Service Excellency
  • Understanding of 7CPA programs and other health related initiatives
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
