Experienced Pharmacy Assistant Wanted

Beerwah Amcal Pharmacy, a dynamic and contemporary retail pharmacy, is seeking a part-time experienced pharmacy assistant to join our team. As a pharmacy assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing trustworthy healthcare advice.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, be motivated, reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Additionally, you will be a friendly and approachable team player who is able to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and provide information to patients on their medication and use.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
  • Current S2 & S3 Medications Certificate.
  • Dispensary experience preferred.
