We are currently seeking a Site Manager for a well-respected commercial company that specialises in commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects.

Our client has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for clients. Due to their continued growth and expanding new build portfolio, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fit-out/refurb projects from start to finish
  • Manage project budgets, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of construction regulations and standards
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail

You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
