Site Manager/Site Supervisor

About us
We are an established innovative and dynamic Development and Construction Company. We work on projects of a diverse nature and complexity from large scale commercial, retail precincts and multi storey developments from $5m-$50m. We are located in Adelaide CBD.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in Multi-Storey Commercial projects supervision from start to finish
- At lease 5 years site construction supervisory experience
- Attention to detail
- Conversant in Outlook & MS Project
- Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supervision of Commercial building site
- Managing the subcontractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
- Monitor subcontractor performance in regards to safety, quality and programme
- Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Project Manager, in order to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget
- Commissioning and handover of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project Manager
- Oversee all site safety in accordance with OH&S guidelines.
