With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, family-led, evidence-based therapy to children between the ages of 0 and 18, we are proud to offer hybrid services across Sydney's St George and Sutherland Shire areas, and telehealth Australia-wide, with a
new clinic opening in the St George area in 2026.

The Little Wonders New Graduate Program
This is a permanent
full-time
(part-time will be considered) position as a speech pathologist in a hybrid role (mobile, clinic, and telehealth). This new graduate program has been designed to support you every step of the way as you embark on your journey of becoming a confident Speech Pathologist. Our program includes:
- A Comprehensive Induction Program
: We invest our time and resources into our therapists, and we understand that learning new processes takes time. At Little Wonders Therapy, you'll have access to a comprehensive induction program that includes in-person training, learning modules, and a slow ramp up of clients to ensure you achieve success. - Structured Supervision and Mentoring
:
At Little Wonders Therapy, we believe that supervision is beneficial, regardless of your experience. Each therapist will receive structured weekly 1:1 supervision with a dedicated supervisor. - Low Billables and a Slow Client Ramp Up
: We know that starting your career takes time That's why we are committed to providing low billable targets and a gradual ramp up of clients to build you confidence and skills. - Bespoke Personal and Professional Development:
At Little Wonders Therapy, we know that everyone's journey is different, so we offer bespoke and personal professional development tailored to your goals and strengths.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and providing therapy for speech, language, literacy, fluency, social communication and feeding to children between the ages of 0 and 18 years
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other allied health professionals
- Maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Participating in non-clinical tasks such as writing blog posts, and social media content, planning our next catchup or creating clinical resources
- Participating in regular supervision and ongoing professional development

Essential Requirements:
- A qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA Membership (or eligible)
- A current NSW Drivers' License and car
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
