Part-Time Dental Receptionist hours per week

We are a friendly, modern dental practice in the heart of Brisbane CBD seeking an organised, personable Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team.

About the role:

You'll be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring our patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in or call. You will assist with the smooth running of the front desk, manage appointments, process payments, and provide outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
  • Managing the appointment book and patient records
  • Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS)
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth workflow
  • General administration and reception duties

About you:

  • Previous reception and/or admin experience is a must
  • Previous dental or medical reception experience is an advantage (but not essential if you have strong reception/admin skills and are willing to learn)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident with computers and appointment software
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, friendly, and a team player
