About R/GA

R/GA is an independent creative innovation company for the intelligence age. We harness design and technology to create more valuable experiences for people and brands. A company of reinvention, we evolve as technology reshapes the world, and we help our clients do the same.

Our work connects the potential of key technologies, platforms, and new ventures to create more valuable experiences between people and brands. Every interaction with a brand should deepen a customer's relationship and give them a reason to be loyal. Our collective offerings and expertise work together in service of this, whether training custom brand AI models, building adaptive commerce experiences, or designing personalised, generative interfaces.

About the Role

As a SEO Analyst, you'll support R/GA's SEO team by providing multichannel (SEO, brand, PR, social) analysis and insight to address global search trends towards AI search usage. We help global brands adapt to changing online consumer behaviours, and with the rise of AI search, we're looking for someone who understands not just on-page SEO fundamentals, but also off-page factors like brand, PR, and social media marketing.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to work closely with our PR, Community, and Social Media teams, as well as developers, business analysts, and product owners. You will be the bridge between traditional SEO and cutting-edge AI strategy.

Your ability to build a strong working relationship with the product owner will be critical in creating user stories and ensuring SEO work is effectively prioritised within our development sprints. You'll use AI search monitoring tools to derive data-driven insights and guide content efforts across the business.

  • Agile SEO Integration: Work within an agile framework, participating in sprint planning and other ceremonies to integrate SEO requirements into the development workflow. Create and manage user stories to define SEO tasks and work with cross-functional teams to get them prioritised.
  • Multichannel Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our SEO objectives and informs the work of our PR, Community, and Social Media teams towards influencing AI search answers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the PR team to ensure our press releases and media mentions are optimised for AI retrieval. Work with the Community team to encourage positive, brand-aligned user-generated content, and collaborate with the Social Media team to craft content that is highly citable by LLMs.
  • Content Creation & Optimisation: Guide the creation of content that is not only valuable to human audiences but also structured and optimised for AI ingestion. This includes influencing brand messaging, tone of voice, and the use of FAQs and structured data.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of our AI search strategies, using data from our monitoring tools, Google Analytics, and other platforms. Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and search engine algorithms. Act as an internal subject matter expert, educating the wider business on the implications of AI search
