The Role:

We're looking for a casual Dietitian (10–15 hours per week) who's keen to mix up their clinical work with customer service and brand support. In this brand-new role, you'll be at the forefront of client care and customer success, while also gaining exposure to operations and brand engagement. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Conduct dietitian consults and follow-ups using online templates
  • Contact new online customers to drive consults and engagement
  • Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally
  • Assist with product development
  • Support stock control, ordering, and supply chain admin tasks
  • Assist with events, promotional material, and brand representation

This role suits a qualified Dietitian who enjoys variety and wants to build skills across nutrition, operations, and customer experience.

To secure the role, we are looking for:

  • Accredited practising Dietitian
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in weight management, wellbeing, or food manufacturing
  • Experience in product development and ability to use Foodworks system
  • Customer service oriented with persuasive interpersonal skills
  • Detail-focused and highly organised
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Comfortable with face-to-face and digital client interactions
