Location: Busselton and South West WA

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Part-time 3 days per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts/Payroll Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance manager with accounts receivable/payable, payroll processing and ensuring impeccable record-keeping to maintain accurate financial records. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities


• Accounts Receivable/Payable


• Xero software reconciliation


• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software reconciliation


• Supplier Credit Applications


• Assistance in payroll preparation and administration


• Assistance in asset management


• Debtor Management


• Assistance with employee training opportunities


• Assistance with other administration duties as required.

About You

  • Possess a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping

  • Have at least two years experience in a similar role

  • Experience with preparation and processing of payroll

  • Excellent working knowledge with Xero software

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel

  • Ability to work three set days per week with one day being Thursday.

  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software is desirable

  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.

  • Strong communication skills.
