Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of
3 years' full 360 recruitment experience
to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to Teratek's continued growth in both contingent labour and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    full recruitment lifecycle,
    from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent service delivery.
  • Proactively source top talent using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements tailored to target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Meet and exceed agreed activity and placement KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven success
    in 360 recruitment, preferably in ICT, government, or professional services sectors.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in conducting and coordinating Training
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor/Diploma/Certification in human resource management is strongly recommended.
