Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of
3 years' full 360 recruitment experience
to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to Teratek's continued growth in both contingent labour and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle,
from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and excellent service delivery.
- Proactively source top talent using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet and exceed agreed activity and placement KPIs.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' proven success
in 360 recruitment, preferably in ICT, government, or professional services sectors. - Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Proficiency in conducting and coordinating Training
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor/Diploma/Certification in human resource management is strongly recommended.
