The Distribution Governance team works collaboratively across Personal Banking to ensure the risks associated with distribution of financial services products are understood and comprehensively managed.

What role will you play?

In this varied role you will review applications from brokers seeking accreditation with Macquarie, assessing each application against documented policies to ensure that every accredited broker meets the necessary requirements and aligns with Macquarie's risk appetite. You will engage directly with distribution partners to gather additional information and seek clarification when needed. In addition, you will participate in identifying opportunities for process and policy improvements and assist in the preparation of regular operational and management reports to effectively communicate activities and results. You will also contribute to the ongoing governance of brokers, helping to maintain a high level of oversight of Macquarie's intermediary partners. Furthermore, you will advocate for and enforce a risk mindset across the Personal Banking ecosystem, supporting a culture of prudent risk management.

What you offer
